At Anna Michielan's Jewelry, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That's why we offer a 1 (one) year Warranty on all of our jewelry pieces.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipment costs to send the crystals back home to Bali.

Warranty Coverage

All jewelry purchased from Anna Michielan Jewelry comes with a limited warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.

Repair Process

If your jewelry requires repair within the warranty period or beyond, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer service team via phone or email to explain the issue with your jewelry.
  • If needed, our customer service team will guide you through the shipping process or provide details on where to bring your item for repair.
  • Pack your jewelry securely in a padded envelope or box, ensuring it is protected during transit.
  • Include a note with your contact information, a description of the repair required, and a proof of purchase (if within the warranty period).
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Assessment and Repair Costs

Once we receive your jewelry, our skilled professionals will assess the repair needed. In most cases, we will provide an estimate of the repair costs within 7 (seven) business days. Please note that the assessment period may vary depending on the complexity of the repair required. If the repair is covered by the warranty, the cost will be fully covered by us. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, we will provide a detailed estimate of the repair costs for your approval before proceeding.


We understand that you value your jewelry and want it back as soon as possible. Our team will make every effort to complete the repair within a reasonable timeframe. However, the repair time may vary depending on the complexity of the repair required and the availability of specific components or materials. Generally, our repair process takes between 3-7 business days after receiving. We will keep you informed about the progress of your repair and provide an estimated completion date.

Pick-Up or Return Shipping

Once your repair is complete, we will notify you via phone or email. You can choose to pick up your jewelry in-store or have it shipped back to your preferred address, please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for your items to send for repair as well as sending it back to you. If shipping is required, applicable shipping fees may apply. Please note that Anna Michielan Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

Additional Information

Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized jewelers may void the warranty. - Please ensure that your jewelry is adequately insured while in transit.
