Accepted returns, refunds, and exchanges terms and conditions:

If the item(s) are damaged or missing pieces, or if you do not resonate with the item you purchased:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since your package was delivered, based on the shipping company tracking number, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
  • You can exchange it for a different item, and your purchase amount will be automatically calculated. If there is a difference in price, you will be asked to pay the remaining amount.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an unpacking video.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds/exchanges for:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition.
  • Items without a receipt or proof of purchase and an unpacking video.
  • Items with lipstick or makeup stains, perfume traces, or signs of wear and tear.
  • Items with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If there are missing parts, they can be added, and the client will be charged accordingly, with prior agreement and notice of the amount.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may be non-returnable. Additionally, custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 48 hours.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for your items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without these options.


The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Anna Michielan has no control over these charges, nor can Anna Michielan predict what they may be.
